Pictures and results

I finished 2nd place to great competition, with a 5:40:92 (1st place at 5:40:61 and 3rd at 6:00). I'd write more on that but I'm sick and just trying to get pictures posted...

After the race, I hiked up the mountain to try to get some pictures of some of the major "features" on the course... here they are:

Other than the top high speed bumpy section, this was the first kind of gnarly thing on the course. Just prior to this jump was a series of holes and giant braking bumps that sent you completely out of control before the jump launched you into even more holes.

Rock Garden into...

Drop... this doesn't look nearly as bad in the picture as it does in real life... followed by...

Sharp right turn into steep, loose rocks.

The "Waterfall" section

The corner that is directly after the waterfall... you can't really see the giant hole, but you can see the large pile of loose rocks in this picture.

Jump near the end

And this is where you're going Mach 10 towards the finish.
